20 yards long. No nuts. No bolts. No glue.

For NeoCon 2024, Standard Issue Design was asked to develop a showroom that not only highlights the vast array of fabric and textiles, but also the company's long-term commitment to sustainability.

Plan
Entry View into Showroom

The showroom centers around a 60' long cardboard table and showcasing over 500 Designtex fabrics. The table is constructed using only corrugated cardboard panels, paper tubes (the same used for bolts of fabric), and zip-ties. Honest, untreated materials, designed for disassembly allow the life cycle of the table to extend far beyond the 3-day NeoCon exhibition.
